We recommend that you professionally dry clean all of our cashmere collections, due to the fine nature of the fibre. Handwash is also recommended. Turn your cashmere slippers and luxury loungewear inside out and handwash using warm water and delicate detergent.

We offer full refunds on all orders that you wish to return. There will be a return form in your package that was sent to you with instructions as to how to return the items. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning an item.
